- Boil hot water (max: 80℃)
- Add hot water to the bowl and drop your whisk standing to soften the bristles for a minute or so. Clean and dry your bowl
- Scoop ½-1 tsp of Mana Matcha and sift into your matcha bowl
- Add ¼ cup of hot water (80℃) to your bowl
- Whisk 6 oz of hot water in a zig-zag shape until frothy
- Enjoy a traditional cup as is or add ice, your milk of choice, and sweetener!
